Frank M. Jay started Frank Jay & Associates in 1985 after a career in Human Resources and Executive Recruiting with Continental Airlines and KPMG.  Growing from a small base of executive search clients, Mr. Jay has built the firm into the premier boutique executive search firm in the world focused on the Airline, Aviation & Aerospace Industries.  Mr. Jay has conducted searches from the highest levels in the largest companies in the Global Airline, Aviation & Aerospace industries to senior executives in small, fast-paced and dynamic startups.  He is considered the world's leading expert on executive search and recruitment to the Airline, Aviation and Aerospace Industries.  He holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Oklahoma City University.

Steve Jay joined Frank Jay & Associates as an Associate in 1993. Prior to this, he was employed as a Financial Analyst for Aerovias de Mexico S.A. de C.V. / Aeromexico Airlines.  Since 1993, Mr. Jay has built and utilized a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the executive search process in the Airline, Aviation and Aerospace Industries.  He has conducted searches that have touched on the highest levels in the industries and has worked with leaders and executives throughout the industries.  He is dedicated to helping Airline, Aviation and Aerospace clients tackle executive search and recruitment challenges throughout the world.  A native of Houston, he holds an MBA from Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston.  He is also a Member of the State Bar of Texas.
